Many experiences in my life have landed me in the unique position to offer individuals I work with an opportunity for relief and healing. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I value connection and comfort and work with those seeking therapy to establish this early on. Previously, as the Program Director at Center for Discovery's PHP/IOP Program in Newport Beach, I specialized in program development and clinical direction in the treatment of eating disorders. Prior to this, I worked in residential settings treating eating disorders and have extensive experience working with those struggling with disordered eating, negative body image, family and relationship conflict, adjustment and transition stress, in addition to chronic depression and anxiety. Additional practice areas include adult and pediatric chronic pain, identity and cultural development concerns, women's issues, and LGBTQ concerns. I also work with college and graduate students seeking supportive and supervisory services, and have served on the executive board for the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP).
